How do I sign up for a a free class?
Schedule your free class with us by filling out the contact form with all of your details, and we will contact you to schedule your free class.
How long does it take to see results?
Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come! If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly. Even in just 30 days, you may start to see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.
What do I wear?
Anything you can comfortably move around in! Most people wear workout leggings, yoga pants, sweatpants or shorts, with either a tank top or t-shirt. And we workout either barefoot or in socks.
What sets you apart from other gyms?
We are a community of like-minded people that are committed to achieving goals together. We are supportive and judgement free and here to build each other up - if you win, we all win.
How often do you recommend coming to classes?
We recommend starting with 3 classes a week, with the goal of working up to 5 a week after your first few months.
Do I have to be fit to join?
No! We are very beginner friendly! No matter what your current fitness level is, don't worry, you can do this! Every workout is designed to go at your own pace and modifiers are always shown for all exercises; you do what works best for your body. We have a wide range of ages, sizes and fitness levels. It's a workout that will ALWAYS challenge you, but you choose your pace.
What's a typical class look like?
We always start with 5 minutes of bodyweight warmups, then a 5 minute block of warming up on the bag, where we'll slow it down and focus on form & technique. That'll get you ready for the main part of class....the Bag Rounds! Then we end with a high energy Finisher and then a group stretch. Start to finish, class is 45 minutes.
Do you offer drop-ins?
We don't offer drop-ins per se, but we do have class punchcard options, where you can purchase a bulk of classes upfront that are good for 1 year.
Do you have locker rooms?
No we don't have locker rooms or showers, but the bathrooms are big enough to change in if needed.
What's the minimum age requirement and are men allowed?
Our minimum age is 16. And while we are over 90% women here, men are certainly welcome.
